By accessing or using Resume Fix AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resume Fix AI provides an AI-powered tools to help users tailor their resumes based on LinkedIn profiles and job descriptions. The Service uses third-party AI technologies (including Google Gemini) to generate content.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • All information you provide (including LinkedIn profiles) is accurate and you have the right to use it.
  • You will review and verify all AI-generated content for accuracy before using it in job applications.
  • You will not use the Service for any fraudulent or misleading purposes, such as generating resumes with false credentials.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Notice: AI Limitations

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. AI is known to occasionally generate incorrect, incomplete, or biased information. Resume Fix AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated material. Application success or employment outcomes are not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the personal data you upload and the specific resume output generated for you. You grant Resume Fix AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service during your session.

5.2 Service Content

The Service's UI, branding, logos, and underlying software are the property of Resume Fix AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Refunds

If you purchase a premium plan or credits, digital goods are typically non-refundable once the service has been initiated (e.g., once a resume has been generated). However, we value our customers and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUME FIX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the owner of Resume Fix AI resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
